Nested No.3
I began drawing nests when the social distancing started. At the time I had no idea why they appeared suddenly at the end of my pencils, but soon we were in complete isolation and I realized our family was safe and together in the home that we were too often away from while working and going to school. We were safe in our comfortable nest, each finding a way to make the best of a bad situation. I coped by drawing a nest a day, some small, some larger, various sizes colors and shapes of eggs. So now I offer the finished drawings here and also accept custom orders to represent other families that are nesting together.
Nest No.3 features a trio of eggs, one in aqua + blues, one reds & one in golden greens. Each is patterned with the same dots and circles but maintain their originality in color. A family is made up of many personalities that sometimes clash yet will always share a connection.
:: This is an original 6”x6” colored pencil drawing on black mat board
:: Artwork is signed, titled and packaged within a clear sealed sleeve
:: Matting and framing options are available in the accessories section of the website
